RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final.
Royal Roots Creative LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect item selected at checkout
• Accidental purchase
• Dissatisfaction after delivery
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
We do not issue refunds.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All items sold by Royal Roots Creative LLC are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been delivered.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Royal Roots Creative LLC is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before purchase.
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed.
